The Zoo - 2007 and 2008

We took Alexis to the zoo on June 24th 2007 and again on June 28th 2008... so these pictures are almost exactly one year apart. My how she has grown!

16 Months

Rock collector

Alexis loves picking up rocks and putting it in the bucket. Even when she has other toys to play with, she'll spend HOURS doing this if you let her.

Alexis and her Baby

Alexis got a new baby doll and stroller today. Prior to this, she had never shown much of an interest in dolls. She has not left her baby alone since then. She loves taking baby for walks and holding her baby. She'll give her baby lots of hugs and kisses too!

Wading pool

We spent a few hours at the wading pool and Alexis LOVED it. She stumbled a few times, but she quickly developed her water feet and was walking around the 1foot deep pool like a pro!

Backyard Pool Fun

Alexis got to hang out in Grandma and Grandpa's backyard pool. Of course Grandpa let her eat pretzels in the pool :)

Last Day of Daycare

Today was the last day of school so Alexis gets to sleep in for 3 whole months. No more mean Mommy coming in and waking her up at 6:15am!

Fun at Grandma's

We went to Grandma Judy's today to celebrate the June birthdays. Alexis got to drive a car for the first time and she had a great time playing with bubbles!
