Her very own ice cream

Even thought I bought her her very own kiddie cone, she ended up handing me her vanilla cone and stealing my chocolate mint... she likes having her own, but she still will always prefer what others have to what she has. That means I wont be buying her her own cone again since she'll just end up trading me and I'll end up with the kiddie cone. I'd rather just share my cone.

Big Girl Slide

I took Alexis to the park and decided to let her try the slide by herself. She did soooo well. She climbed up all by herself, sat down, and slid down no problems. My little girl is growing up :(

No snacks

Mommy's Cradle

Alexis was given mommy's old doll cradle. She promptly climbed on in and started reading a book. She doesn't quite get that the cradle is for the dolls... but on occassion she will put her baby to bed in the cradle :)

New Bike

We stimulated the economy by buying a new bike seat for Alexis. She loves it! If you ask her where her helmet is, she'll find it and she'll pat her head since she knows that's where it goes!

Fireworks part 1

We went and watched the fireworks in the town that Daddy works in. She loved them! We didn't get home until close to 11:30 but she was a CHAMP!

We took Alexis to the zoo on June 24th 2007 and again on June 28th 2008... so these pictures are almost exactly one year apart. My how she has grown!
